Rag Chew Time tonight @ 8pm!

I have found myself really looking forward to Tuesday nights. I plan my supper menu around the fact that I must have everyone fed and I must be out of the kitchen before 7:45 pm! What is the big deal about Tuesday nights, you ask? Tuesday nights has become a night of fun fellowship on the Gaston County Amateur Radio Society’s net. I have even had the experience of being “net control” which is really fun! Participating in the net is helping me to overcome my fear of operating the radio via phone. I love love love using psk31. It is hard to catch a mistake on phone. Once I say 79 instead of 73, it is out of my mouth forever! I am learning how forgiving my ham radio family is. They don’t count my mistakes. They encourage me to keep trying (after we all laugh together!).

I hope you will remember to join us tonight for the GCARS net at 8 pm.  All the information is below! God bless & 73. KM4LWL
