GCARS celebrated Oscar Norris’ 99th birthday yesterday!!! All amateur radio operators know what a blessing it is to know W4OXH!!! Oscar is the oldest and most experienced amateur radio operator in Gaston County that we know of. He is also a wonderful friend! Happy Birthday Oscar!
